As ever, General Cigar Company seemingly always makes a big splash at the annual International Premium Cigar and Pipe Retailers Association trade show. This year's event, in Las Vegas, Nevada, follows that trend. As reported by Cigar Weekly, the Virginia-based company presented a donation of $20,000 on behalf of itself and the IPCPR to the USO Las Vegas, and chairman Wayne Newton, Mr. Las Vegas himself. Their list of new items for this years show, is also impressive, over and above the lines they already sell. Through correspondence with spokesperson Victoria McKee, CW has learned of these new offerings. Some will be detailed in future First Look or News features. But for now, a basic list is available for perusal and a quick peek at what retailers are getting to try now, as the show is underway, and the dates that smokers will find the wares on store shelves.
